3. Our good neighbour, the restaurant l'Atelier de Candale
L'Atelier de Candale is a delicious restaurant for its food and its setting.
It is closed on Sunday evening and Monday evening.
The other days you can go there by walk through a path in the vineyards (about 4 mn).
Think about reserving or asking us to reserve a table for you!
4. Our other good neighbours, the many Saint-Emilion wine producers châteaux
We are surrounded by vineyards and very many chateaux.
The average size of a wine producing property in Saint-Emilion is of 7 or 8 ha, so there are numerous chateaux owners on a rather limited territory.
All the producers of wine from the Saint-Emilion appellation are therefore close to us.
5. Our walking paths
There are several walking paths from La Petite Madeleine. Splendid landscapes!
At the Tourist Office of Saint-Emilion you can find a booklet with different proposals of walks or bike rides (they rent bikes).
Anyway, you can walk freely in betwenn the vines plots, especially if you have a good feel of direction...
